Cancellation Policy - To provide adequate notice

in order to receive a 100% refund, less a $5.00 handling
fee.
Late

register 48 hours / 2 business days prior to the first class
meeting to avoid a $10.00 late registration fee.
Credit
Card Registration - Visa, MasterCard and American
Express payments are accepted by phone or in person.
Sorry, we no longer accept FAX registrations.
Please see our registration information for instructions
& procedures.
Fee
Waivers - In order to help Yarmouth citizens who
need financial assistance with our participation fees, the
Town Council has adopted a sliding fee scale.
Applications
for reduced fees can be made in confidence at Town Hall
on Thursdays from 1:30 - 3:30 pm with representatives from
P.R.O.P.
(People's Regional Opportunity Program). Income verification
and proof of residency will be required. For more information,
please contact Maurice
Geoffroy at (207) 772-1161. Application for fee waiver
must be made quarterly (per brochure).
Sorry,
some programs may have a limited number of fee waivers available
or might not be eligible for any fee waivers. These are
indicated by (LFW) limited fee waiver or (NFW) no fee waiver
next to the stated fee. We hope that you will take full
advantage of this sliding fee scale program and that you
will enjoy your participation in Yarmouth Community Services'
programs.
