Sounds of Silence Sign Language for Children

Sounds of Silence is a fun, new after-school program for elementary students. Children will learn basic sign language skills, develop an awareness of deaf culture and discover that we are all unique and special. Students will also participate in a performance that will help them gain self-confidence. Call YCS to sign up today!

Dates: Mondays Feb. 6 - April 2 (no class 2/20)
Time: 3:15 - 4:30 pm.
Grades: 2-4
Location: YES, room 205
Fee: $99 (includes a T-shirt)

NEW Program - Girls Grades 6-8 Basketball Skills Clinic

NEW Program - ART ATTACK FEBRUARY VACATION ART CAMP

Join Kat for her creative art program, Northern Lights/ Aurora Borealis. Children will look at Inuit art and films and create masks, arctic sculptures, treasure boxes, monotypes, collage, murals and puppets. The week culminates with performance art created by the young artists. Art Attack is a creative and energetic program that focuses on specific themes. Small groups will discover new places and cultures through artmaking. All supplies are included in the fee. Please bring a snack/ lunch and water bottle daily and dress for mess.

We're excited to announce that we've coordinated with NYA to get some Free Skate ice time at the Travis Roy arena. The ice will be available from 12-1pm on the following dates and admission will be $2: Feb. 3, 10, 17, 24. March 2, 9, 16, 23
